You can skip the body test on the Wii Fit - I can't remember exactly how but I'm sure it gives you the option to decide to do it or not. I used to do it every now and then as I didn't think it was very accurate when I weighed so I used to weigh on my scales and now I do it at fat club.

Well done to all weight losses, Skippy glad they gave you a free week too

PJL yes I'm sure you can do the training without the body test. It's so long since I dusted mine off I'm not 100% but don't think I did it every time. Good on you for sticking with it, I wish I could! Great tip about reducing place size.

I walk a lot too with dogs and to work and back etc., I love a nice walk but sadly we don't have many around here in fact I can't think of one!

I loved taking ours out in the snow yesterday lunchtime and they were all snuggled up in their coats and loved it.

Yes, you can do the exercises without doing the body check.

Ever since I had my op I've used a medium plate for my meals and it does work.

Saw your pics and videos, the video especially was great as on the long lead they looked like they were pulling a sledge. Bless em. x

Well no weight loss this week or gain so that is the main thing ! The weather has halted my evening walks somewhat this week, and my back is really sore at the moment...the old weather doesn't help ! Still next week is another week and i am so focused ....want to loose two stone before the July Frugal Friends get together.....so by my reckoning that is 1lb a week .....

The battery has gone in my scales today, so until I get a new one I can't do a weigh in. Got visitors due to arrive so it will not be today.

I went for my first weigh in on Thursday, I'm not enjoying the exercise at all but had a weight loss of 4.25lb. Enjoyed that bit.

I'm still on it but am having a chinese tonight!

8 weeks to go on the pre-paid plan and I will complete it x

Well done Lesley.

I put on half a pound this week but I'm not particularly bothered as I weighed at home last week and back at WW this week. My scales are pretty accurate but obviously not exact. Next week will be more of a true reflection about how I'm doing.

I usually do well until the stone mark and then fall off the wagon. My friend who started WW with me last February 15th has now lost 5 and a half stone and today she's sent me a pic of her before and after and anytime I feel like giving up I'll look at the pic on the phone and hopefully it'll inspire me to keep going. She looks like a different person.
