we have recieved a few ccj's can we still apply for an iva.
we have debt of approx £50000 and no spare income.
the reason we are in debt is that we sold our business and was conned out of £50000 that was to pay off our debt.
my wife is now disabled (the reason we sold our business) and i have just taken a job as a taxi drivr and that pay's little for a lot of hours.
is there still anything we can do.

Hi there wrw

and a warm welcome to the forum.

In order to qualify for an IVA you would need to have disposable income to be able to meet the contribution payments. These vary depending upon your disposable income.

When you say you have no disposable income are you currently making any payments to creditors at all?

Also do you have any assets such as car / house etc etc .

Are you employed or self-employed? And could you provide more details about the lost £50,000 please.
