hi am new to this so hope you will be patient.we were told today by dfd that ppi payments into our iva will not close it any earlier than original date. we are repaying 100% and end date is oct 2015.is this true as cant reconcile the fact of paying for months over the odds to have a refund made at dfd,s convience?
