THANK YOU everyone I feel relieved my phones has stop ringing etc and only had 2 letters ref from mercers still chasing for littlewoods. they have not been informed about my IVA going through. also a letter from nationwide debt recovery i have forwarded to dfd. has any one had problems after thier iva from these two companies?

Although Littlewoods didn't sell my debt to Mercers they were still a pain after my IVA was approved, and carried on after I went BR! They only shut up after I sent them a copy of my BR order and a letter giving them the details of my OR. I think the best thing you can do is ask your IP to deal with them.
