i have not seen the chairmans report yet but I think the creditors asked the IP to reduce their fees does that make sense?

No - a reduction in fees ought to increase the dividend not reduce it!

Congrats that great news especially such a low return, I am worried about mine on the 3rd with a 22p return. Who was your biggest creditor?

All the best

Wow, 17p to the pound, it just goes to show that creditors are seeing the writing on the wall with consumer debt. I think 5 years ago they would have asked for a BR order instead.

A great result....if my sums are right over 75% will be written off your debt providing your payments don't increase.

We can believe in those rather circumspect advertisment on IVAs after all....

Hi Marks, Great news about your approved IVA! I just wanted to ask you to remember the review boards on our web site. When you have settled well into your new IVA and have some experience to speak of you can share it with the rest of the community. Best of luck for the future.

Many thanks
