Have you managed to sort anything out yet?

Hi Kallis i spoke with them last week and they are going to arrange a creditors meeting asap !
They have all the relevant documents from me but have also asked me to do another expenditure form.
Im confused as to why i need to do one as we have offered them the full outstanding payments left (8 months now) and not asked for any type of reduction.

They need to confirm that nothing in your I&E has changed which would lead to an increase in payments, basically so that they can say to the creditors ( should this be the case) that they will be losing nothing by accepting the offer.
I am not qualified to give advice and can only state my opinions, based on my IVA experiences.

Ok so our F&F offer has been accepted and we made payment this morning. Melanie has said she will try and get it all tied up over the next couple of days. The relief its all over is incredible, we feel alive again and the stress of it all lifted away

Brilliant news - hopefully your completion will come through soon but be aware your credit rating will still be shot for the full six years from the start of the IVA.

Thanks Kallis, yes im aware of that but we can now start moving on with our lives. Its the first time in a very very long time that my wife is in a positive frame of mind. That is worth more than anything.
Thankyou for your advice and replies, its really appreciated. I will stay on the forums and hopefully be able to give positive advice to those needing it.
