Doesn't matter. They cannot enforce collection. They could just be bluffing and trying to get money out of you and, if so, you can report them to the Financial Ombudsman. The FO has no jurisdiction over the IVA, but would be interested in the lenders behaviour.
If they contact you again, pass it to the IP and demand that they do something other than tell you to ignore it.

Agree - they are being bully boys and can do nothing. Get Stepchange to speak to them.

The greatness of a man is not in how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively.

The other thing is that if they decided to try and do something it will cost them and you can also counter claim for harrassment.

Txs all just one thing my iva is on my name but they asked for my wifes income montly which is under 300 if she looses her job will this affect my iva or how much i pay?
Most firms ask for the spouse's income only to work out their share of allowed expenses, other than that it doesn't matter. Some (only a few) firms work out the IVA payment on household income, which I think is unfair.
So, in your case, if she lost her job, then you would be paying all of the household expenses, so your disposable income would go down. But, as her income is so low, I imagine that you pay most of them anyway and have the appropriate allowances already.

I would speak to your IP and tell them what you have received.
