Hi, all
I have signed, as the new T&Cs seem non material in terms any direct impact to me. Like most impacted people on here, though, I was angry and disappointed with the way the whole thing was handled; to have no consultation process is ludicrous, and would only happen in the crazy, shady world of debt management.
I am in my third year and hope that this change of provider doesn't impact the smooth journey to date. Time will tell...
