The "monthly" default entries are merely a repetition on the initial default ... a status update, if you like. The main thing is the actual date of the default, as that is what will determine when it drops off record.

Default dates should ve either prior to start date of iva or start date.

If they are later then creditors are in the wrong and should be asked to amend.
