Hi both, looks like Judith is on the case for you both. It really shouldn't be stressful ending an IVA so hopefully they can get this resolved for you ASAP. Keep us posted.

Hi Fox, if Judith is on the case she will answer you when she has an answer and sometimes that can be a week or so. It does however appear that there are standard replies to any queries being asked on the forum so one does have to ask the question as to whether the DFD forum experts are allowed to comment or just give the corporate reply.
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.

Hi Orchid. I get the impression that many, if not most, of the various firm's representatives are only able to give a corporate response.

I fully understand and agree that they cannot, and should not, discuss individual cases on an open forum, except in a general sense pertaining only the the client's specific query ( as posted). However, it is a pity that they do not see fit, or, more likely, are unable to join in general discussion and / or explain their firm's standpoint on matters raised.

That said, we are still lucky to have them here assisting their client forum members.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I totally agree Foggy and it is a shame, however as you have said at least there has been some movement in finally getting some representatives on the forum, that is a move in the right direction at least.

By the way congratulations on your good news, I have been away for the last 10 days or so, so am only now catching up, did Melanie get anywhere with the IP of the year as I can't find the posting relating to this?
