Gt have been unprofessional other the entire PPi mess the left hand has no idea what the right one is doing all they after is the 30% for Gt and 15% for EIC off any ppi they manage to claim (your legally allowed to do it yourself and its a really simple letter and your creditors would get all the money not GT).
Last they rang my wife asking her about the PPi forms they had sent to our address in Doncaster, she told them we dont live there never have and have no plans to do so, they then said they would send forms to correct address.
Yesterday i had a phone call from GT saying did i recieve my documents they sent last week and guess what...yup they sent them to the random Doncaster address again.....I wasnt impressed to say the least told them to pull their finger out and do their job properly.
Guess what i get an e-mail today asking me to make sure i signed the forms they sent out last week (To doncaster of course) Ive now taken the PPI out of thier hands i,ll be sending the letters to the people i had PPI over 17years ago to get replys im not entitled to it (6yrs is max term required of companys to keep details of such things)
GT really are getting this wrong.

Goulda,
Claims brokers once they recieve your paperwork back get a credit report from Experian or one of the others to see who your creditors are to get the info, that was what I was told by them when I telephoned them in Dec. That is how they get the information
If life is what you make it, I must have been in a strange mood when I made mine

Just a couple of points:-

I think the fee split is probably EIC 30% and GT 15% based on realisations.

And the 6 year requirement to retain paperwork does not stop claims being submitted for earlier periods.

Well well well GT strikes again after been given the correct address 4 times in the last 3 weeks (the same one for the entire IVA process) Gt's PPI department has yet again sent all my data sensatives documents to the random address in Doncaster.
Enough is Enough ive now instructed my solicitor to contact them for harrassment and breaches of the Data protection act and possible breaches in the procedures they have carried out he was amazed they have tried to get away with it.
