Hi there, try not to worry so long as the best offer is on the table that's what is important here.

Your daughter is very important to you and having better hours will no doubt help her.

15p in the £1 is about then dividend mine was so try not to worry, my IVA proposal was redrafted numerous times over a 6 month period because of changes in my job role and pay so I understand how stressful it is but take heart, now is the time to get it right before it starts!

Agree with the above.

Good luck - hope everything works out for you.

NRAM are pretty reasonable now and any good IP will know this, they will not be willing to put forward a proposal if they were likely to refuse, as you are aware though, it is likely they will ask for 6 years, but have faith, it will all come good, just take your time to get your proposal spot on now and good luck!

Better to redraft and present it now, than get it accepted and then have to change the terms immediately. Your IP ought to be able to do this for you very quickly, and I would not worry about a 15p in the £ return - these days that should be more than acceptable, although you will probably need to agree to a 6 year term if NRAM are an influential creditor.
