Can a landlord evict us if we include our rent arrears in with our IVA. At the moment our landlord is happy that we are paying an extra amount on top of our rent to clear the £5500 arrears and with this arrangement I believe keeps a roof over my familys head. If they knew about my IVA I am worried about the risk of losing our home,It is a dilemma .Is there any advice out in the forum.

I would seek expert advice about this one. I suppose if he became a creditor, then he would only get his share of the dividend as and when your IP distributed the funds, and I beleive this varies depending upon your IP and the company you are with. Not sure how your landlord would view this positively.

I'm not sure he'd be too happy with you...the best thing would be to check your tenancy agreement and speak to your IP. x

Hi & welcome to the forum from me,

Looking at a previous post (basic bank account) I believe it appears Paul is already in a IVA.

When entering a IVA all debts should be included, and your landlord not being included & paying the extra may be seen as favoring a creditor over the others. You need to get onto your IP straight away before you approach your land lord. How long have u been in your IVA?
Final IVA payment made in April 2013, never ever thought we could do it or get through it but we did! X
