Old boss, soon to be new boss, has just txt me told me its mine, just have to follow process, as he got caught out poaching managers before lol!

TBH ive never had a bad move until this one, even now im only just starting to settle in and be excepted by the old management team which is odd.

What happened was they put 4 managers into this store, me being one of them and a new store manager, and the last 3 months there has been a them and us divide, only now have they started to except the new managers into the team, making it a very difficult place to be, sometimes teamwork is needed to fix a store, but this hasn't happened.

Money wise only a few hundred in the pot so not too bad, just need the group ptm to stamp the move, then im on my way could be 1 more week, or 5, really looking forward to this now!
