All good here, lots going on, going into hospital next week for a few bits to be done, bit nervous but getting closer to being put on the elective surgery list. Once I am on it, I can really start planning properly. Regards to all.

Yeah I'm all set for BR, though at the moment it's very low down on the list of my priorities. Now I'm fully informed of the whole procedure it doesn't cause me any further anxieties.I just need to get through next week. This disease I have is so b***** complex, they now understand there is a 10% risk of the same genetic defect that affects the heart valves, causing aneurysms in the brain, so I have to go through the whole rigmarole of having a nasty angiogram of my my brain, it was uncomfortable enough having it done for my heart. To me 10% seemed low, but actually is far from worth ignoring. If I do have one they can operate at the same time to coil or clip it. Agh, anyway it's frightening enough for me to sod off out and enjoy the sun without having the thoughts of upcoming BR setting me back. I can handle all that is happening to me, one at a time though. All good.

Quark, I hope you don't have the aneuryism! You've gone through so much.

Look after yourself and if you're really lucky, your creditors will do the BR for you!!

So I guess what I'm actually saying is that BR does stress me out. I just don't have time to sit around waiting for OR calls, fetching this and that, answering what not and why for's ? Heading into court waiting about, and all the agro. One I know what the clear plan is, the following day I shall head to court and wait my turn.

Don't let it stress you! You have no assets, your creditors may well do it for you - save you some money if they do!

I can do it Jan. I have a perfectly understandable reason for going BR. I'm sure the judge will be very kind and wish me well for my surgery and future. The OR in my area is apparently very gentle and supportive.

Thanks Jan, just been up to the hospital to arrange things, about 4/6 weeks wait for the brain angio. Would have been much sooner, but i'm having an infusion of radioactive isotope on Monday, and it needs to fully cleared out of my body, otherwise I shall end up looking greener that grotbags !!! Which is completely unacceptable I'm sure you will agree.

Thanks Jan, I'm nearly sure that everything will all turn out just fine, and they find me settled and stable enough for surgery. I really am in the safest hands in the country, and I totally get the medication route first and foremost, 10 hours of surgery isn't anything to go rushing into. I shall keep you informed.
