Hi FD, I had just asked on a previous post if you've managed to call. You weren't to know why she was off so don't feel bad about that.

I'm sure Laura was fine with you having the plan to repay before next review?

Now do calm down as it's done and you're fine. xx
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Why would we not be friends? I still think you would benefit from a trip to the doctor to sort your anxiety out.

im suffering low esteem thats been going on a while.

i have lost a lot of self confidence since doing this i know its helping but still feel a faliure but am trying to overcome it

what hasnt helped recently is there is a new unit at work where security clearance is required and i got turned down cos of this. i put in an appeal and my reviews etc but its taken forever.

add that to my sisters thing. suppose thats why i keep feeling bad and saying sorry low esteem xxx

would go to docs but shes horrible-hard to get changed

having you here has helped xx

Can you not see another doctor? There are a lot of doctors at my practice and I can choose to see whoever I want.

If you can't see a different doctor you really need to look at changing as you do need to see someone. I think it's easier to change than it used to be so you might be ok.

I'm so proud of you for making that call! I too suffer from anxiety caused in the main by my ill health. Iwould ask to see a different dr in the practice and try to get some meds. You may only need a small dose. I have been on them for 16 years and they just keep me stable. No peaks and troughs!

Go and have another cuppa to celebrate![:D]

Glad you are feeling better (apart from your trip to the bank!) but keep an eye on things and if you start to feel low again, please go to the doctor and get something on a temporary basis which will put you back on an even keel.

Well done on the call :-) As for the doc .... I don't get on particularly well with my GP, (actually she's OK -- just can't help being a girl!) so just make appointments on days she isn't there !
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
