It means I don't have to struggle when using the loo as I always find the fat trappers are very difficult to get into place! Plus my chubby bits (and there are plenty of them) don't seem to get pushed out the top or bottom but are more sculptured into place!!

However breathing is never easy, but who cares as long as fat is controlled ha ha ha
