[:0] thanks for that Lesley.

They open at 10am on Saturdays - hubby is in work now so don't know if they'll speak to me, but I'm going to give it a try.

Okay folks - I called them and had the expected "they can't discuss it with me" . When I asked what line of business they were in, I was told there's nothing to worry about, they are counsellors in various fields. So I told the chap, what I believed their buisness was, preying on potentially vulnerable people in my opinion.

He then told me that was not true and they wanted to try and see if they could help my husband claim back PPI ( so much for not discussing anything with me!) I then said my husband has no PPi to reclaim, so why are they contacting him and where did they get the details from. Apparently they get the details from a 3rd party - yeah right that'll be the register I guess!

I told him, how wrong it is what they are doing and how sad to have to do a job like that! I think he could tell I was annoyed.[:D]

I also made it clear to him that I would be reporting back on this forum as a warning to others.

If you're a member of the MPS also quote that Julie as they're not supposed to send unsolicited mail to those that are members.

Well done you though xx
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I believe that the motto of companies like this is "a fool and his money are our kind of customer".

I did ask him how many credit cards he has and I hope one day he doesn't find himself needing "counselling"- although if he does www.iva.co.uk is the place to go [:D]

I have signed up with this company and they have been brilliant no complaints surprising that people only complain in writing but never say anything good.

Would that because nobody in an IVA/BR has anything good to say about them?
