We have had 2 letters off the IVA Watchdog based in Bournmouth regarding our IVA, was it mis-sold, were you advised properly etc,, I presume these go in the bin. Are they just another company trying to charge me for another solution?
We are very happy with Melanies advice throughout & with all the team that work for her,, I presume again they just scour the insolency register for new IVA's they can target.
So the bin it is.[;)]
Kind Regards, MP

You're right Mike, they're a company trying to make a fast buck!

You could forward the letters to David Mond I know he's been working hard to get rid of these companies.

These "dogs" never seem to go away n prey on the vulnerable.

These letters come from a company who have absolutely no clue what they are talking about, and select your personal information from a register that should not so publicly available.

Whenever I phone them up when one of my clients receives a letter, they do not even have the moral courage to take or return my calls. I feel sure that they will not be around for too much longer.

Forward them to David Mond via Size 5 if I were you. Honestly they never give up. Or just file under B for Bin x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I wish we could just get rid of all of these companies for good.

They never speak to me either. I have had quite a few recently, they must be on a last ditch surge before someone pulls the plug on them.

Before I joined this forum I must have had about 5 or 6 letters from various firms but thankfully I stuck by the advice if it sounds too good to be true it probably is so I binned them.

Had one this morning from IVA Watchdog addressed to Mr/Mrs Luke, am I gender ambigious now?? Haha!!

1st payment Oct 2008, last payment Dec 2013. Certificate received March 2015 due to PPI claim.

The positive thing is, by posting about these companies, more people are made aware of their ploy.[:)]
