I can't believe it has been almost twelve months Chris!

If the OR has said your daughter won't be getting an IPA, then as soon as she is discharged after the twelve months, that is it. She cannot then be given an IPA and, apart from the BR remaining on her credit record for six years, she is free to do what she wants.

Well, looks like we( she) is there .

As of 19th NOV.. its now well past the 12 months since the bankruptcy order.
Heard nothing more from the OR since the last notification of the NIL IPA.
Daughter has her life all in order now !!
So hopefully this may be my last Message..
Have a ( best as you can) Xmas & thanks to all those who replied to my scribblings.

take care all
Chris

Glad to see it all went well Chris and should give comfort to those others who are facing demands for IPAs that are completely unreasonable.

Glad it all went ok in the end Chris - it's been a bit of a roller coaster ride but your daughter is sorted now and you can all move on.

I'd like to wish you and your family all the best for the future.

Excellent news! Don't forget to print it off so that she can send a copy to any creditors who have defaulted after the date of BR.
