Melanie you are so up to speed !! You could teach my lovely fluffy contact at FJ a thing or to. Your right I dont think I'll get away with the provisions discussed. I'm happy to extend for another 12 months (more if needed) I love my IVA feel very safe and secure. The reviews keep me on my toes and also keeps me focused and reminds me why I ended up in this situation. I read my propsal and report nearly every other day and think how lucky I am to be sat on my sofa tonight in my home with most bills ect sorted !! Thanks for all the care and courtesy you extend to me and every other forum member, you are a very classy lady !! A true professional xx
On the slow safe road to success. Personal thanks to Melanie Giles Kallis Skippy Elv5 and all the other wonderful forum friends.

What a lovely post - and such as sensible attitude to your IVA. Keep us informed of progress and if you want me to look at any documents for you, I am happy for you to scan and e-mail them if this would help.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

At the risk of embarrasing Melanie - she has helped me on and off forum as I suspect she has done to dozens. Not many people around like her I regret to say.

You have both made me blush - which does not happen very often!!! And I do love my work and being a member of this forum, so I guess that helps.

She does my ironing too on a weekly basis,I send my smalls by 1st class post and they arrive back within 48 hours pressed like new!!!!

Seriously though, how many more people would have sleepless nights or spend hours in tears(not me coz I am a bloke...sniff),if it wasnt for Mel's activity on this site?? She even apologises for taking a while to get back to a poster if she has missed a post. Truly is a complete star and if her hubby wasnt 6 foot 6,I'd give her my number!!

PS(dont tell the wife,my bits would end up severed in a jam jar)
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.
Continuing to rebuild our credit worthiness.

Bless you Plastic Draft wish I was a chap, I would challenge him 6 foot 6, I'd fight for her number xx Your right I have not paid her a penny, with another company but any problem I've had she has always without fail responded. Your right Melanie has helped me shut my eyes and go to sleep...She seems to always be here whatever time of day or night !
