IV been reading my locals for months and the only ones I'v seen are commercial or this week 1 from 2004 saying dividne was getting payed out and another from 2005 saying the same,don't know what thats about,so hoping mines not in.

I have not seen anything recently in our local paper regarding bankruptcy, i make a habit of looking.

Thgere's plenty of us with IVA and BR experience so I'm sure you'll get all the advice you need.
To be honest by the time hubby went BR, we couldn't have cared less about it being in the paper....if it was in there we didn't see it.
