I'm new here and just starting with my IVA at the moment i'm just gathering all my info for my IVA company.
I am in the same place very scared - just praying that all will be well and the IVA goes through - so I can begin to prepare can somebody tell me what kind of information will they want?

I am assuming mortgage details and pay slips but what else?

Hi Ggr
They will want the usual stuff like wage slips bank statements, credit card and bill statements for the creditors you owe, make sure you include all your creditors believe it or not its easy to forget the odd one. I got things like final balances for loans but you company will tell you exactly what they want. The sooner you get the info to them the quicker things move. Whilst they are porepatring everything any mopre statements that come just forward them to them.
No need to be scared at least you are doing something about it, there is always a solution and you will get loads of support on here so if anything bothers you just ask.
Hope that helps a bit
