Had to see an orthopaedic surgeon last week for MRI on my right shoulder. He phoned me this morning to tell me that I have Severe Calcification of my Rotator Cuff Tendon. Did wonder why I was so damn sore!! So a small operation is in order - 6 weeks in a sling so no more road rage, stressful London traffic etc etc

Mum is arriving on 30 May - havn't seen her in 2 years so should put some weight on whilst convalescing and Mum's good food!!!!!

I hope you're feeling better soon Sue. I have a problem with my knee which I have made worse by running, but I'm putting off going to the doctors as I don't fancy another operation!
