just to say thank you to everyone on this site for your support. have just heard my iva is approved with no moderations except what was in the proposal. should get the chairmans report in a couple of days so will let you know who voted what. what a relief, we can finally make plans now we know we have been approved.1st payment not till after payday so we might have a little celebration later.

hi cj thats good news i'm just in the early process stages of my iva but i've been told that my first 2 payments will be admin fees which the first is due 4th july.even before my iva is approved.did anyone else have to do this ?

madbobix, no payments up front for me, I'm with Melanie, paid first instalment of IVA prior to acceptance but that constituted first payment, if IVA was unsucessful this was to be refunded to me.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
