Hi mrdebt,

As Melanie said we would need to report on the equity position of your property before putting forward a full and final settlement. To do this we can use the figures from the valuation you've had done, along with the most recent copy of your mortgage statement.

In relation to the three months bank statements I think there may have been some mis-communication, as we would only need evidence that the funds are available in your account.

Without knowing your case personally I'm unable to comment on anything more specific. Please email me your reference number to Steve.hewitt@FreemanJones.com so I can arrange for a Relationship Manager to discuss your options in further detail.

I hope this helps and we can help you with your venture overseas.

Thank you
Steven Hewitt - a member of the team at Freeman Jones

Hi !
Need help again for 2 things,
I paid £270 a months for first 24 months of my 72 months IVA and increased £298/month after 24 months, I have total of £5364 To pay for final settlements. Please advise me for the appropriate amount for the F&F offer.
There is only £5000 fund maximum is available from the funder. Is it a good offer or lower is ok? and wont slowdown my process??

Secondly I have following documents ready, is there anything else can help speed up the settlement process? I need to complete it by the end of July or the first week of August. As I need it to do before 10th of August.

1. My Offer letter
2. My 3 months Bank statements(may be I was wrong on earlier posts)
3. Letter from my funders gifting me money for my F&F settlement.
4. Bank Statement of my funder for the evidence that money is readily available.
5. My Tax Return year 11-12 as I am a Self-employed.
6. The Receipt from HMRC of my Tax Return Submission (this is required by my R. Manager, din't know about this never required before, Still waiting for it, don't know how long it takes)
7. The recent Mortgage Statements.
8. The Valuation Report of my property, has no equity.

I had email from Steven Hewitt and later on from My Relationship Manager they are waiting for my offer now.I am very happy that they know whats going on, I hope they definitely gonna help me to sort this out quick as possible.

Your reply will be appreciated.

Thank you.

Personally I think that £5,000 is a good offer, but you should really seek this advice directly from your own IP who does have detailed knowledge of your case.

Sounds to me as if you are perfectly prepared for the offer, but again seek confirmation directly from those who are familiar with your case.

Let's hope they submit that report to creditors very soon now for you. Have they given you any idea of timeline?
