You sound like one of life's worriers and if your IP asks the question tell him what you have posted here. As for completion the IP should be able to close it down pretty much straightaway if all claims are in and you should be debt free very soon. Well done and best of luck for the future.

Thanks to you both, I am a worrier at the moment Michael. I will be so relieved once completed.

The next step is to now live debt free and wait 4 years for IVA to clear off my system

hi mine got accepted in april but my iva company still have an issue with one of my creditors max recoverey-abbey national so im still waiting for my certificate of completion my iva company are basically dragging there heals.

What is the problem with Max Recovery?

I'd just keep badgering your IP until it was settled.

You will need to ask that question of your IP, who is he only one who has detailed knowledge of your case and is therefore in a position to answer.

You need to contact them and ask them what is going on. If it is all sorted then you should have your certificate.

i had an email yesterday they are just waiting for the creditors divenends to clear then i shall have my final paperwork
