Dear all,

My IP is also GT, a bit slow, had to phone repeatedly, but usually I managed to speak some one.

I am relatively happy for the time being,My IVA was agreed recently. So it is still new.

My IP is Mark Allen,I have not spoken to him directly,as I am looking for a full and final settlement fairly early in to my IVA,I hope he will be helpful.

Though I have not spoken to Mr.Allen, his deputies seem tobe doing a reasonable job.

But they have to speed up.

Hara

Hi Hara

I'm with Mark Allen as well, only from what I've seen I'm not sure if his name goes on all the proposals but it's actually his team that deal with the IVA. We are going straight in for a full and final so I'll let you know if it's successful!

Dear cb246,

From what I have seen in the forum,I am not sure if any one has direct contact with IPS,except if they have Mrs.Giles as IP.

Who are your contacts?

My contact is Gavin Braiden. But if I can not speak to him I deal with Peter Donaghy.Mr Donaghy has been very helpful.

Over all GT is okey.

Hara

Never spoke to my IP, ever. No complaints about the company though i suppose apart from a small communication issue which i think now has been sorted with a direct email address to contact a lady there thats been helping with getting my full and final offer in.

I know Mark Allen and can assure you all that if you needed to speak to him he would make himself available. So long as his staff are looking after you all you are in good hands.

Earlier in the thread Melanie you asked if the fee's were or one or Both. For a F&F I was wondering what the fee's would be??

Chris.

Aah now I understand! I suspect that the fee would be the same whether there was one person or two.
