I JUST NEED TO RANT, I CANT EVEN SAY WHY. DOES ANYONE ELSE JUST GET SICK TO DEATH OF BEING JUDGED???? ITS LIKE YOU DONT HAVE THE MENTALITY TO BREATH FOR YOURSELF IF YOU DONT GET TOLD TO. I AM SICK OF BEING TREATED LIKE AN IDIOT, I KNOW THAT I MADE A MISTAKE, YES I AM A DEBTOR, YOU DONT NEED TO TELL ME AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN. I DONT DESERVE A LIFE, I KNOW THAT, SO WHY THE HELL DO YOU PUT THE PRESSURE ON ME TO HAVE ONE???? SERIOUSLY FOLKS, I REALLY WOULDNT BOTHER WAKING UP IF I DIDNT HAVE KIDS. I AM SO SICK OF ALL OF THIS, TO HELL WITH EVERYTHING. ONLY YOU GUYS CAN KNOW HOW I FEEL RIGHT NOW, I JUST WISH IT WOULD END AND I DONT CARE HOW.

Hi Lily

You are one of the forum's strongest people and I hate seeing you like this - what on earth has happened today? Bad call from a creditor? Can you give us an update on your situation, as it seems ages since you last posted anything about yourself.

Lily,

Please don't let them make you feel like this, I have felt the same as you on many many occassions and you feel lower and lower, but you know what if you do that they have won haven't they, you haven't done anything wrong, we all have different circumstances and reasons why this happens to us, I have my OR meeting on Tues and I am pappin myself! but as you have said you have kids and that was what I thought about when feeling so low.
Your posts along with many others have been of such support I could never thankyou all enough, so you are important and don't ever feel like you aren't entitled to a life.

Hi Lily,

I agree with Rachel, Don't let anyone make you think that because you are in debt that you do not deserve a life - thats crazy!

Yes you may have made bad choices but look around you, everyone has made bad choices to some extent.

Keep your head held high, you are in debt but you are taking action to get yourself out of it. Dont let anyone get you down.

Dear Lily
Dont be upset , whatever has happened ignore it, hold you head up high, take a deep breath and plod on. They are the idiots not you. Nobody has a right to judge you so what they say doesnt matter, take no notice.

Hi Lilly

We have all felt the crushing despair that debt brings, and ofcourse it does not help that just when you are trying to sort it out you have to cope with the roller coaster as mellanie put it of the IVA process.
But there is a dignity in the fact that as we have all made mistakes we are trying to do something about it so that our finances adopt their proper role - they become an importamt part of our life - but they are not our life!

It is so hard - and for my part one of my biggest regrets is the time that has been lost so absorbed with debt that I have been completely unaware of those who I care most about around me.

Keep your chin up![;)]

If you still have the ticket write to the parking company showing proof that you had a pass and explain that the draught closing the door must have blown it off the dash. In my experience they will cancel the ticket so long as you prove you were parking legitimitely.

Stay strong
