Im sure you will be fine saz, just hang on in there. Most people seem to find out within about 1.5hrs of their meeting time, probably earlier in many cases.

Panic over the chairman has just rang me and they all exepted apart from MBNA I knew they wouldnt as they have been the worst creditors for ringing and nasty letters, Morgan Stanley, natwest, Egg and Natwest all expected, I will be paying back 30p for every £1.00 which is 87%

I am just so glad this is over and i get on the road to recovery!! thanks for all your advice and support in the past, hope everything goes well for you all and remember you are not alone. I will keep you posted

Thanks Again.Sarah.xx

Well done Sarah and welcome to the exclusive IVA club (I joined Monday).

Hopefully phone calls will stop soon - I've only had 2 this week and it's great to tell them the IVA is approved and there's nothing they can do about it!

Hope it all goes well for you.

Thanks everyone, I still cant believe it all the worrying and sleepless nights can now stop!!

My advice to anyone would be dont suffer in silence, tell those close to you they love you no matter what and seek advice there are people who can help and you are not alone!!

MBNA did vote and voted NO!! all the other voted yes

I used Payplan and they were brilliant! i'd recommend them to anyone really friendly

Hope ive answered everyones questions [:)]

I agree Sarah - a problem shared is a problem halved. All my close friends and family know my situation and it means that if I can't afford to do something they understand why and I don't have to lie to people.
