Hi
Does anyone know what info Accuma normally require for the annual review? My first one is coming up soon and I just wanted to know what paperwork I should be getting together.
Thanks

Hi Destiny

You will be sent an income and expenditure form to complete so we can review your current circumstances. We will also need to see your wage slips and bank statements and any other relevant information - please give us a call if you need the specific details applicable to your case.

Hope this helps

Hi Jane
Thanks for that. I just wanted to make sure how many bank statements/wage slips you will need to see. I bank with an online bank so I was going to start printing them off and getting everything together now. Also my mortgage is going to jump up consderably in February as we come out of a fixed rate, does this get taken into consideration at the annual review?
Thanks for your help.

Hi Destiny

We will consider all relevant information so, yes, you should give us the details of your new mortgage payment. If you were on a fixed rate when you started your IVA this should have been taken into consideration at the time.

The level of information we require will depend on the specific terms of your IVA - if you have any additional modifications on top of the standard proposal this could affect what we require so please do contact us so that we can advise you accordingly.

Hope this helps

Jane

Annual reports must be filed within two months of your anniversary date with the Court, all creditors and yourself.

Hi Poppy
Thanks for your help. I'm just trying to get organised so wanted to know what I had to get together. I tend not to print off my bank statements because I have an online bank account now but will get started on printing the 12 months worth out! Thanks for the tip about the backlog, I won't panic now if it is still the case later in the year!

You should get a letter the same wk your review is due.Mine was the 29th sept & i received it that day & had 2wk to forward the information.Like i said was 12mths wage slips & new i & e.

received my review back today,we owe £290,which is 50% of any extra earnings in to our iva.
I was told i could pay this in one lump sum or pay it over the 10mth, which is left till my next review.
They said either is ok as long as it is paid before the next review.
Ive opted to increase payments each mth!
Glad thats out of the way for another year!!

Don't forget that if you pay higher contributions over the next year, that you may also be required to pay any further 50% payments during the same year as well. I suggest that you try and send these monies to your IP as and when they are received, as the IP will not be able to delay closure of your case until all monies have been received.

it probably will be!i got it back on the 7th & letter was dated the 1st November!
I think its down to what letter your last name starts with from what i could gather when i rang up, to ask when it would be done.(they must do them in alphabetical order)I was told it gets put in a file until it gets to your letter.
