Hi,
I am coming up to my 8th payment in my IVA Hence 52 to go.
It's been comfortable sometimes and other times a Struggle but it is nice when you get the Struggling Month Out of the Way and Under your Belt Towards Debt Freedom.
I am just wondering if my IVA is all OK and when it is over How long will it be before i am Back to a Normal Credit Rating Life Or will i have to wait Years and Years

hi your iva will be over in 60 months or sooner if you can settle early with a lumps sum ,then your name will be removed from the insolvency register it takes 6 years from the start of your iva to have a clean slate

The IVA will stay on you credit file for 6 years from the date of your meeting. It will remain there for a further 12 months if you see through the full 5 years, but you will have to rebuild your credit rating again from scratch.
Steve.

IVA approved!
