From me too. If you take the IVA route it will be such a relief - you will be able to get on with your life instead of dreading the postman calling, and the phone ringing!

you need to speak to a proffesional if you say you have a large amount of equity to release you could maybe try and get a full and final iva this would then end it and you wouldnt be tied for 60 months however your credit rating would still be bad for 6 years

my iva went through in june and yep i was a bit scared of the 4th year release but it was the only way for me and i will cross that bridge we i get there like angela18 says
