Hey barry, welcome to the forum. No, I believe it won't stop you from applying for an IVA but please wait for the experts to clarify that. Viki X

Hi barry and welcome to the forum

There is no problem in entering into an IVA if you have previously been bankrupt. I have several clients in this position who have successfully proposed IVAs under such circumstances.
