Love absolutely anything by Queen, huge fan have been since the 70's.

Plus any Soft rock music, Meatloaf, Def Lepperd, Cher, anything of that ilk. Then when I am in the right mood I like a bit of Jim Reeves, Buddy Holly, Abba
If life is what you make it, I must have been in a strange mood when I made mine

I still cry when I listen to Old Tige ... and I love Distant Drums.

Connie Francis and Brenda Lee are good to listen to as well.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

When you make a mistake, don't look back at it long...the past cannot be changed. It is the present and future that counts

Yessir - Good music is always a great healer in stressful times, and whilst I am one of the brigade who thinks the best music happened in the 70's I am really into a bit of heavy metal lately by the Texan outfit 'Blotted Science' who's latest release "The Animation of Entomology" really rattles my head maaaan!! And to think I used to like Slade..........

Hello Ronald - You have very cultured music taste indeed! Yes,I am still keeping an eye on you all and your postings even though my IVA seems a long time ago now. There is not much I can add to the forum as you are all doing such a good job of it, but I still check in most days!

We'll both pass on Blotted Science!! Never heard of them!! Jan loves Alter Bridge and Muse and thinks that most rock is great.

Neither of us like opera music and there's not a lot of classical music we like.

Hello Harpic - I never imagined that your other half would be into loud rock music, as I envisaged Jan as maybe a fan of Bananarama or Spandau Ballet, and Ronald perhaps a Country & Western fan - just by looking at and reading the way people come across in their posts - so looks I've got that theory wrong. Ahh well, back to the drawing board!

Thank you for the music by ABBA. Though at the moment, I'm holding on to the sofa, with my headphones on, listening to some Hard House/Trance !!!!!!
