Now 6 months post IVA (5 + 1 year term) and we have excellent credit ratings according to experion, had to contact them to correct IVA showing but all very easy once cert faxed to them
Anyhow final outcome is we have a brand new car on PCP scheme, so no more crippling repair bills
had no problems getting this.
so again thanks for all advice over the hard years

Gives us all that bit of hope when working our way to the finishing line, so glad you got your new car and your credit rating is good.

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

yes the car purchase was on normal very low manufacturer interest rates, just like any normal person would be offered

Hi just catching up on this - Excellent news, Im really pleased for you.

Its comforting as well as Im sure our car wont last out much longer & i was worrying what to do after the IVA, gives us all some hope!

Final IVA payment made in April 2013, never ever thought we could do it or get through it but we did! X
