I disagree orange. Why should everyone have to suffer when as Lesley says the children were covered from head to toe?

In schools in this area if a parent refuses for their child to be photographed at all it does mean that other parents are not allowed to take photos of any productions as they may inadvertantly photograph one of those children and the parents could then sue the school!

Usually any 'Looked After Children' can't be photographed due to maybe the parents locating the child. It is very frustrating as a Grandparent not to be able to take photos like I did for my own children and find it very sad that such a simple thing as a photograph can cause major problems for some children
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

This world has gone mad!!!

It's all down to who will sue who.

At our rugby club, we follow RFU guidelines, which state that only action shoots are taken for pictures put on teh website. If the pictures contain a player whose parents haven't agreed for them to be shown are not shown. We are also not allowed to put any names to the pictures, this even includes any pictures that end up on Facebook. This last part usually means most parents agree, but we do have the odd "Looked after" player who as Lesley said are not allowed to be published or identified.

But schools just take it too far. Question is did they try and sell you a DVD of the play???

All the best,
Martyn X
To err is human. To teach 16-21 year olds is just damn crazy!!!
