Keeping all crossed for you fergie!!!
We had ours this morning and it wasn't rejected as such but they want us to give more!!!
Not sure where we go from here really... Any advice anyone? We have offered a bit more but not sure we can manage on what's left.
Xx

amy, its dangerous to agree to pay more than you can realistically afford. Has your IP tried to negotiate with your creditors for you?

Dont just jump into something you wont be able to maintain xxx

Amy, I agree with Mrs Skint. If you offer more than you can afford at the beginning then there is a chance your IVA will fail as 5 years is a very long time on a realistic budget, let alone when things are tight from day 1.

I agree with Skippy and Mrs S. If you are worried about affording any extra now, you may not be able to sustain the payments which will mean your IVA will fail and you will be back to square one.

I think you need to speak to your IP.

Have a chat and see what he recommends and then think about it and work things out. You don't have to accept on the day if you are not happy, you have 14 days.

This is probably one of the most important decisions you will make at the moment and you have to be sure that you can afford it. 5 years is a long time to be struggling.
