hi, we did our iva in 2004 and at the time we thought are we doing the right thing but we were at the point of losing everything so decided to go ahead with it, it has been hard but it was the best thing we did, I dread the annual reviews every year and hold my breath untill we get the reply but the company we are with(mccambridge duffy) have been ok, they accept that things do go up like a pay rise and that living expenses go up too, from the start we knew that if we had extra cash spare they would take it but upto know we have not had our payments increase as long as they can see what comes in goes out again in bills etc they are happy. They understood when we had another baby the middle of last year too. They are ok as long as your not trying to pull the wool over there eyes and what your spending your money on is neccesary, they wont allow luxuries, only 18 payments to go.
