I had simular problems with MBNA, they kept on telephoning me. The way I dealt with it was by refusing to confirm my name and address, pointing out that they can say who the hell they are and that I have no way of confirming it. So if they want to contact me, to write to me. I then gave them my IPs address. When they said that they couldn't do that I just said tough, and put the phone down. They telephoned back and again asked me to confirm my name and address, and again I pointed out that I wasn't prepared to do so. I also pointed out that they are in breach of the Data Protection Act, each time they phoned I did that, they soon stopped. I adopted this tactic with all the creditors and the phone calls soon stopped.
With regards to keep on sending letters, I adopted the tactic in the beginning of sending them to my IP, but my IP got fed up, so I just send them back I had a standard letter which I put in each one, they usually enclose an envelope for a reply, but I didn't put any stamps on when I posted them back. Its strange that they soon stopped.
