I can confirm that I have recently been appointed the supervisor of a number of IVAs previously supervised by Diane Dunion, who has left Accuma.
As regards annual reviews, these generally coincide with annual reports, which must be issued within 2 months of the anniversary of the approval of the IVA i.e. if your IVA was approved on 18th June, the annual report must be submitted by 17th August. We are currently working on annual reports for those IVAs approved on 8 June, although there is a small backlog as I've recently had a short holiday.
