Hi all....I'm still around and pop in occasionally as you were all so helpful to me.
Well the final FINAL step in my journey seems to have been completed as I have noticed my name has come of the Insolvency Register today.
Can't say how happy I am to have got through the process and to be completely debt free.
It's the first time since I was 18 (14 years!!)....that I have no debts and no worries...
On top of all this, I've started a new fitness regime and have lost two stone since the end of August, so all in all I'm feeling really good about myself.
I couldn't have done it without the help of everyone on here.
To name but a few, Melanie Giles (of course), Jan (Kallis), and Skippy...but all the support you guys gave me during the dark months really were appreciated.
I am now looking ahead to the future with a great deal of optimism, starting my new Open University degree in February and can't wait to see what tomorrow brings.
I haven't had this feeling in years!
So thanks all - and I will definitely stick around to help others just starting the process through the tough times.

[:D]
Now debt free after F&F in July 2012.

Definitely will be....And I haven't forgotton the phone conversation with you at the very outset of this journey. You made me feel so much more relaxed and comfortable about the decision I was about to take, and you are a star too! :o)

That took a long time! Wish the IS would speed things up a bit at their end.

Great to hear about the weight loss - no doubt this will enable a few more centuries to be clocked up next summer!
