I had a call from a broker recently after posting an enquiry on their website and they indicated that they are successfully obtaining mortgages for people who have completed their IVA at least 4 years ago, and who have a 25-30% deposit. No good for me, as I have neither yet, but hope to have by this time next year when the rules may have relaxed a bit more who knows.

I've heard people mention about checking your credit status with all 3 agencies. I'm aware of Experian and Equifax - can you please tell me who the third one is?

Thanks
Sean
