i am only just catching up on this, and i am speechless, and feeling quite emotional.
all i can say is, WOW.
the despair in the original post, and all the heart felt replies.
you are all an amazing bunch of people.
oggler i so hope your variation is accepted, and you get the break you need.

its been a couple of hours ago now since we were told that our 'variation' to our IVA had been accepted today, but i still cant believe it!!!!.
we have to sign some paper work which is on its way to us but GT confirmed that our creditors accepted our offer as F&F bringing our IVA to an early conclusion.
I cant begin to describe how i feel, huge relief i guess is the closest in describing it,my wife however is exstatic and burst into tears upon hearing the news.
I think when i have something in writing confirming it thats when it will hit me.
I'd like to thank everyone on here again who took the time to comment on our posts,i lost count just how many times i read them over and over and believe me they helped me considerably!!!.I would never have believed that i could have sunk so low as i did but the replies left to my posts on here were a huge help,i felt at one point that i was totally alone in this situation but your replies made me see that that is just not the case.I cannot thank everyone enough, all i can say is i wish you all the luck in the world when it comes to your situations and i can honestly say just when you think you are at the end of your tether,do not dispare for there really is a light at the end of the tunnel.
to everyone on here i wish you all the very best!!.
Thank You x.

We had much the same transferred from BE to Gt and my hubby off sick right at the worst possible moment, I wish I had seen this a couple of weeks ago when ours was settled, just to give you some encouragement. They have been for me and i expect for you spectacular, I for one wish I had known of them initially when I was clutching at straws. Very well done, I might add I have been treated for blood pressure which was seriously high 180/98 if it means anything to anybody, under the heart specialist and went the week after the iva was settled (all be it my hubby is still not working) and lo and behold first reading 131/81 what a miraculous recovery, by just being relieved of the whole thing. Its the lowest and best reading i have had by a long way in well over 8 years. So just small benefits like that make GT wonderful for me. And well done you welcome to the life of less stress, however i have just now found out today my company might be closing, not really a surprise but not too good, but also not as stressful as it would have been last month. Anyway please enjoy and have a nice crisp glass of your fancy in celebration. xx Pam
ITS OVER WE ARE FINALLY DEBT FREE, CERTIFICATE ARRIVED
