Well she has a regulatory body to answer to at the end of the day, so would be very silly if she did not take your offer seriously. I suggest you may mention this to her prior to the meeting if you have any doubts.

I'm still not sure when the meeting is, in her letter she said that I had to write back to her within 14 days from 12 March with any variations that I wanted to put to the creditors but she could still make me bankrupt and maybe the judge would let me carry on with the arrangements a very formal letter didn't really understand it. Not will write to her anyway with my husband proposals and see what happens. All I really want now is a good nights sleep can't remember the last time I had one of those and not to be so miserable any more. Regards Dawn

Hi I just wanted to say a really big thank you to Paul Jones who has really help me this week and I must admit I haven't been the best person to speak to this week really stressed and depressed but he has been brilliant. I'm not out of trouble yet but am keeping fingers crossed. Thanks again Paul and also thanks to Melanie for her great advice. Regards Dawn

Great news that you are feeling better - and my old saying "a problem shared is a problem solved" rings true again. And good to see Paul getting some very favourable feedback - as he does so much work behind the scenes often without making any charge.

Really good news for Dawn on this one. Especially as we now have a Plan B and a Plan C so hopefully smoother sailing from now.
