Received a acknowledgement letter from natwest with regards.to me ppi claim .in the letter is states if in iva or bankrupt etc we have to inform them to speed up process as it could take longer ifwe dont tell them if we are.we offered a fand f offer in january accepted in aug and got our completion certificate in sept so we still have to advice natwest about iva even now we.got our completion certificate

I think that you will shez, as it is possible that the PPI money will need to be paid into the old IVA - regardless of the fact that you have completed the agreement. Best to take advice direct from your IP.
