Three unauthorised missed payments will fail the IVA -- how many have you missed -- it might not be too late if your IP hasn't issued any notice.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

I think if you miss 3 consecutive payments your ip can fail your iva, after that creditors will be informed and will probably start to harass you again, have you discussed your difficulties with your ip?

I think you really need to contact your IVA firm and explain that you have been duped into stopping payments to them. If the failure process isn't too far along then it may not be too late to get things back on track. It isn't the end of the world, although it may seem like it, communication is your best option, you can lose nothing by havinfg a talk to your IP. Good luck.
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues

If you've a change of heart having receiving the advice then do contact your IP and try and save your IVA assuming that is what you want to do.

All the best x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
