I have found away to go br i have found sum one who will do it and i pay them 1525 +500 forr doing it but i dont have to pay it till 20 8 2013 i got flyer on car

This sounds completely wrong - as you owe the company money they should be listed as a creditor in your BR and therefore you couldn't pay them. I can see this getting very nasty as you would actually be committing an offence to pay a BR creditor.

You're missing the point - they would be a creditor in your BR and therefore you aren't allowed to pay them. I would be interested to know how they get around this.
