IVA company always confuse me. Please give me some advice.

i am with w3 debt solutions been in my iva now for over 6 years. in july 2010 i had a family freind a retired adviser help me out and redued my payments to 260 a month witch extended my iva to a further 18 months. today i phoned my iva company who are not nice to talk to and always confuse me and they told me it will end march 2013 this does not sound right to me someone please give me some advice

Not really Michelle as we don't have detailed knowledge of your case. Your best bet is to arrange for a chat with your IP personally, advise them of how you feel aout their service, and get them to send you a detailed statement of account so that you can see why they claim the IVA will not complete until March 2013.

You need to speak directly to your IP rather than the office staff.

in a iva thanks never spoke to my ip just her rep, that always tells me to phone on my letters thanks for u advise will get this sorted
