I have an IVA through Grant Thornton. It started in May 2009 and I paid monthly until my house was sold with the proceeds counting as a full and final. My house sold in May 2010 and all proceeds were with GT by Aug 2010. I have not heard from them since. I notice from the forum a mention of a certificate. Should I be chasing this up.
Hi Linnie - Yes from me too, hopefully Karol from GT will pick this up in the morning.
Please check in as Karol is great & will look in to it for you x
Final IVA payment made in April 2013, never ever thought we could do it or get through it but we did! X

Yes, I would certainly chase this up. You should have had a completion letter by now.

Contact Karol via the link above and she can look into it for you.
Luluj has managed to get a mortgage however you will need a deposit.
I can send her your email details later so she can give you the contact number if you like.

Apologies, she might not be one of yours. I just assumed she was because of the thread.
